What is Festive Xpressions?
Festive Xpressions is an online store providing service for sending or buying gifts for various Indian Festivals and everyday occasions. Our goal is to provide people throughout the globe a way to celebrate and express their love and affection for those far in distance but close at heart.
Where do Festive Xpressions source their products from?
We have partnerships with certain well established vendors, in their respective product category. We ensure that all our vendors maintain high quality standards, to provide you best products.
How do I search for the gifts?
We have displayed the gifts in various categories for your convenience. You can search for gifts by selecting a yearly occasion, everyday occasion of interest or product search.
How do I shop for the gifts ?
You can shop in Festive Xpressions with the easy to use shopping cart system. Once you see a gift item of interest you can click on the ‘add to cart' button and it will be added to your shopping cart (displayed on the left). You can add and remove items from your shopping cart as you please. When you have finished shopping you can proceed to checkout. For more detailed instructions please see our‘How to Order' page.
What items can be bought?
Festive Xpressions has a range of Chocolates, Flower Bouquets, Cakes, Indian sweets, Jewelry, Gift Hampers and more. If you have any suggestions on what other products you would like to see on our site please send an email to info@festive-xpressions.com and we will try to accommodate them in our selection. .
Shipping Questions:
Which countries do you deliver to?
Our products can be delivered to most of the areas of India free of shipping charges. As well some of our products can be delivered to other countries around the world. Please check the product description for areas of delivery.
What shipping methods do you use?
All deliveries made in India are sent through courier (if courier services are not accessible in certain area the product is sent through registered post or speed post) by DTDC, TNT, Blue Dart or First Flight Courier. Our express range is procured locally and delivered by hand in India and abroad.
How long does it take for delivery time?
All express delivery (flowers, cakes & gift combos) items to India can be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before 10am IST. For the items being delivered by courier in India you should expect the item to be delivered within 2-7 days. Delivery times include time for processing and packaging. For all Express delivery items for worldwide delivery the order should be placed 60 hours prior to delivery time.
What are the shipping charges? Items delivered in India are absolutely free of shipping charges. For items delivered to other countries the shipping fee is included in the price.
Ordering Questions:
What if I don't have the recipients email and phone number, can I still place an order?
We require the recipient's phone number when placing an order but email is optional. The recipients phone number is needed in case, any problems in delivery arise like wrong address. Then courier services can then contact the recipient and get the correct location.
How do I know when the order I placed has been registered by you?
You will be receiving two confirmation emails which include an order confirmation from Festive Xpressions and a payment receipt from pay pal, once you have completed the order. Please check your email as soon as you placed the order and remember to print your receipts. If you have not received these 2 emails please contact us at: orders@festive-xpressions.com
Are the items displayed on your site identical to those delivered?
There might be slight variation in the gifts especially in perishable items like cakes, chocolates and flowers. They will be similar to the pictures on the website. The products will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality. Sometimes the flowers specified in the arrangements shown may not be available. Then suitable alternatives as per the seasonal availability will be used. For other items there may be slight variation in the color shades, design and shapes due to the manufacturing process. In any case we will ensure the same quality as shown in the images.
What if there is a typing error in the order form?
If you find a typing error in your receipt or order form please contact us as soon as possible at orders@festive-xpressions.com and we will gladly fix the problem as long as the product has not already been shipped.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, you will be able to track your order on our site by clicking track your order at the top of our site or click here and entering your order tracking number found on your receipt printed or in your email confirmation. Here you will be able to find the status of your order.
What does order tracking tell me? T
he order tracking informs you of the status of the order and payment. When the order status reads 'New' the order has just come through and has not been viewed yet. When 'In progress' is read then the order has been received and we are in the process of shipping the product out. When the status is 'Completed' then the order has been shipped out. When the payment status reads 'Unknown' the payment is yet to be processed, if 'Settled' the payment has been or shortly will be collected, if 'Declined' then the order payment has been declined , if 'Failed' then the payment processor attempted to process the order but failed. For declined or failed - please check the credit card information you have entered. If it is correct please check with your credit card company. If you have your order being sent through courier you will be given the shipping company, waybill no. and information on how to track your order through the shipping company.
What if my product was never received?
We do our best to ensure that our customers receive their products on time and keep them informed with our order tracking system. But, if the problem arises where the order has already been packaged and sent by Festive Xpressions and has not been received within the time given for delivery then we will do our best to track the order through the shipping company. However, Festive Xpressions is not responsible for any item lost in courier or registered post. Please remember that Registered post cannot be tracked through shipping companies. Payment Questions:
What type of payment do you except?
We accept payments by
1. Any International Credit Card – The following credit cards can be used: VISA, Master card, American Express and Discover. Your card will be locally charged in your currency even though the prices are mentioned in USD on our site.
2. A pay pal account.
3. Demand Draft – This facility is for Indian customers who do not carry International credit cards. Please call us at Tel. no. 981144221 (10:00am to 5:00pm IST) or e-mail us at orders@festive-xpressions.com. When calling/e-mailing you would need to provide us with your contact information (Name, tel. no/e-mail address), name of the item(s), item no. and quantity of the items you want to purchase. We will then give you the price in INR and instructions for the procedure.
Will my credit card number be secure?
The processing of credit cards is done through Pay pal. You do not need a paypal account to use your credit card as the method of payment. All Pay pal transactions are secured with 128 bit SSL and powerful encryption to ensure safe online transactions.
Can I view your prices in different currencies?
We do not have a currency converter in which you may view all our prices in another currency; however we have installed The XE.com Universal currency converter in which converts a specific amount from US dollars into the desired currency click here to view.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
You can cancel the order if it has not been processed i.e. order tracking shows New. Once it shows in progress – means it has been processed. Duration for process could vary from few minutes to 24 hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible (please write the order number and reason for cancellation in your e-mail) and we will get back to you. There would be a 10% of administrative charge for cancellations. However, if there was a mistake in the ship to or bill to information or if you wish to send a different product of the same value please contact us at: orders@festive-xpressions.com before the product is shipped and we will be happy to resolve the problem.
Return Policy Questions
What is your return policy?
We at Festive-Xpressions strive to offer you the best quality products and our services. Though sometimes, despite our best efforts, mistakes do occur and we try to rectify those problems.Notwithstanding the above, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or exchange or credits. Every request shall be evaluated on a case by case basis, and shall be decided upon, with or without precedent, solely as deemed appropriate by Festive-Xpressions.
If the item you received was not the item you ordered or received a damaged item, please contact us by e-mail at orders@festive-xpressions.com within 7 days. Please quote your order number. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours and will be happy to resolve this problem.
Our perishable food items such as chocolates, cakes, flowers etc. are packaged securely for safe shipping. However, if our perishable food items are ever received in a non-presentable condition (as per the statement of the delivery person) then we will gladly deliver the product again. Again please contact us immediately if ever this situation arises.
Please note that there would be a 25% restocking charges on refunds. If there is a mistake from our side, then there would be exemption from this charge.
