- No deliveries on national holiday
- Orders will be delivered with in 24 to 48, hours unless delivery date is mentioned and is more then two working days.

- Order will be delivered from 6am. To 9pm. IST on Valentines Day.
- We will attempt delivery of item once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address / recipient not available / premises locked /wrong phone or cell or extension number not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done, the customer shall be charged for the order.
- Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered
- The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 3 working day prior of the delivery date.
