This lovely dessert from my friends at Bittersweet Pastries would be at home in the finest French restaurant. A flaky pastry shell is layered almond pastry cream and topped with sliced pears. The tart is then covered with a homemade jelly glaze made with real Cabernet Sauvignon wine and edged with sliced almonds. Serves 12. Delivery only in USA.
